The ABA gave Alito its highest rating

The American Bar Association gave Samuel Alito its top honors today, as he prepares for his nomination hearings on Monday. The ABA considered his qualifications, integrity and judicial temperament to give him their highest rating. Now, it’s up to the Senate to decide whether, he is up to the challenge. If the liberals have a legitimate reason to not nominate him, then they better have it in hand on Monday. I have researched a little on him, and can find no reason that he should not be nominated. The only reason that I can come up with, is that he would throw the political aura out of balance. However, let me just say that they should be no political party nonsense in the highest court in the nation. Kim Gandy, president of the National Organization for Women said, "It's always an uphill battle to defeat a Supreme Court nominee, but this is a fight worth having”. I don’t know what her agenda is, but I am always fair and balanced, unlike other news organizations. Anyone have an opinion on Alito? I’m always open to opinions…
