Even bigwigs like our own president and vice president had to pay there taxes. According to the Associated Press, President Bush only made $618,694 in 2005, and he paid $187,768 in taxes. Vice President Chenney made over three times the amount last year. He made a cool $1,961,157, and he paid $529,636 in taxes. It’s weird the Vice President did better than President Bush did, but Chenney does have a better head on his shoulders. Did you get lucky and actually get money-back, or did you have to pay the man?
